It is where the corner of Holly Springs, Cary, Fuquay Varina, & Apex meet.

From 40/42 getting on Route 50 & then on Ten-Ten Road for about 6 miles toward Apex, Fayetteville Road to Donny Brook to Lake Wheeler Rd?

Anyone have any idea if the traffic is bad on Ten-Ten or the other roads back there during commute times?

    Thanks!

Taffic is horriable around that time on ten-ten. Husband installs cabinets around West Lake and he's always saying how bad the taffic is around there.

Traffic is a nightmare on 1010 both ways in the morning and the evening, that is my route to work except i keep even further on 1010:banghead:

you do know Lake Wheeler runs off 1010 too don't ya so you wouldn't have to hit Fayetteville Rd. My commute takes me anywhere from 45min to an hour normally.

try 42 to 401 and make a right. make a left on mill creek(its only about a 1/4 mile up) make the first right onto Johnson Pond rd. take that to bells lake rd and bear left then make a left on optimist farm rd. that will take you to west lake rd. it kind of avoids some congestion that you will get from 1010. I used to work a lot in that subdivision and area and I tried to avoid 1010 like the plague

I sooooo-ooo remember when 1010/50/1010 was the "ONLY" way to get to Apex/Cary/RDU...it was hell busy even in the 1970's.

"Only" = short cut .... Hahahaha!
