Any suggestions on what company to use for inground pool install? Also any info on what type of pool I should go with such as? Any other info that might be helpful would be great as well.

    Fiberglass?
    Concrete?
    Vinvyl?

    Thanks

Happy with Captial Pools in Garner- ask for Ben. Ours is 8 yrs old. Not cheap but it's an investment.

Ben is the OWNER, Cliff is a great person there too. (they are both in the Garner Store not the 40/42 one) Josh is the Mgr. of the 4042 location.

Choosing a type depends on where you are placing it? Slope, flat, drainage, etc.. Depth is also an issue. You may hit rock and watch the price double to remove it. Also, fence codes and neighborhood fence restrictions. You must have a fence unless it's an above ground with removable or lockable access.

I'd eliminate fiberglass from the choices.

Definitely go and see Ben in the store on Hwy 70 in Garner-just call first to be sure he is there or set up an appointment. He is an expert when it comes to inground pools and based on where you want to put it and the terrain, will know what your best options are.

we have used clearwater pools for our current house and our last house. they were great. our current house had a sloped and partially wooded yard but keith had some great ideas on shape and placement of the pool. we went with the salt water this time and it's is so easy, it is always clear.

Thanks everyone for the info. I will give both places a call and see how it goes. We have wanted a pool for years, and decided to get one once our new home is finished being built. Don't think we will get any use out of it this year, but next year it should be very cool.
