Drury Inn update from Jan 2020 Site work, paving and new construction of a hospitality development in Garner, North Carolina. Working plans call for the construction of a 180-room hospitality development. The owner will serve as the general contractor. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities has not been released. I am always amazed at how often they still build brick and mortar banks. But I am also always amazed at the once or twice a year that I go inside one and there's a huge line of people waiting for someone. You would think everything is online these days. On another note, the quick serve mentioned looks a little like a cook out with that drive through, but also doesn't. Could it be something else? There's a new cookout in Clayton and at Jones Sausage already.
