I was trying to remember where it crossed major roads at.

 

You can also use this map to see exactly where it will cross each road, how road realignments are currently planned, etc.

 

Is that next section, 40 to 64, continuing as a toll road?

There's still a ton of ROW aquisition that needs to take place. If you look on GIS, many of the properties along the route are not owned by the DOT yet. They do own some large paths, but many smaller ones seem to be holdouts.
