40/42 Interchange Construction

People are parking at the hair salon behind there and walking to it from the back side. Agree an access from the FL parking lot would be helpful.

 

and the drivers have created a dirt drive from the food lion up to the shell station. have to get over the curb, but a little stone would fix that.

 

I think there is a decent grade differential there, it would be a steep driveway. I think they also don't want a lot of traffic turing that into a cut through.

 

Is the NCDOT supposed to mow the grass at all the medians and along sidewalks at the 40/42 diverging diamond? it's all knee high and looks like you're looking across a Kansas wheat field with the breeze blowing.

 

The lights on 42/36/veterans parkway are driving me crazy. On 42/36/veterans parkway east at Cleveland rd. light, the green light turns to yellow after 5 seconds and turns red after 6 seconds. I counted this morning. And then if/when you get thru you always get the next light red at Tech Dr.
