a few things i saw still show July 2025 as completion. pics look like that is possible, but it's still DOT.

N.C. 210 Reopens Early With New Bridge Hey, neighbors! Our contractor finished on Monday the new bridge on N.C. 210 over Middle Creek outside Smithfield. The highway is now open. Pictured is the new bridge. The NCDOT contractor was scheduled to complete this project by July 1, so the company finished more than two months early!
