Blocking SPAM in Outlook

My Microsoft Outlook used to have the Inbox set up to where all spam and adult content would automatically go into a blocked folder (with the little "no" symbol). I didn't have to sit and delete 10 emails that I don't want every morning. Ever since we had to reload my Outlook program or whatever, after cleaning up a virus, I can't figure out how to get that back. Blocking the sender simply doesn't work the same way, and neither does setting keywords for Outlook to search for that you want to block.

    Any ideas?
