Ok, I need some help from our resident computer gurus.

I am running IE 7 and when I right-click to see my toolbars the adobe toolbar words are there but I cannot check it so it shows up. I have tried everything to get the toolbar on my IE7 but cannot, can any of you help??

Not to sound silly, but do you have a fairly recent version of the Adobie Reader? I would download that and install it, then retry.

    Error Message

Thanks for the response. I actually got that issue resolved but now I have a new one on my personal computer.

Apparently at some point a virus may have gotten on it (it is off now) but I keep getting the following error on a bunch of web sites I go to and I cannot figure out how to clear my access. Any help would be appreciated:

I have tried emptying all my temp files, cookies, etc and still cannot get on the sites.

Sounds like you still have a malware infection on your PC. I would advise downloading and running the free version of Malwarebytes. Best results if you download and install it, then restart your PC in SAFE MODE and then run Malwarebytes. It has a better chance of catching and cleaning the bad stuff that way.

P.S. I WOULD NOT run the link that is being provided in the "error message" you receive that says "Scan Now." That is likely an attempt to get you to install other bogus malware.
