Usually those Medicap coups are only for new PATIENTS. Does it specify that you must be a new patient?

The very fine print reads, "This coupon is not redeemable for supplies or services paid for in whole or in part by any government programs or insurance companies & does not apply to copays. One coupon per customer per visit. EXPIRES 9/8/06."

I am not a new patient and I have insurance, my copay was only $7.50 and she took it. I even told her I didnt think it was to be used in conjunciton with insurance, but she went and asked someone and came back and said it was ok??? So I didnt complain. (they had a free summer kit coupon too that I tried to use first, but they were out of them, so maybe this was instead of the kit?)

I tried to to use both of those coupons last summer, and they kindly pointed out fine print to me. I asked them what was the point of issuing coupons that hardly anybody could use, and what were they doing to retain customers? I go wherever there is a coupon, now. I go there for BOGO Children's Ubuprofen and that's about it. I used to sing the praises of this place, until I got some flack one day about asking for an infant applicator on a refill. Gee, sorry. I don't mean to break your bank but the measurments are rubbed off the other one and since I am here paying a 15.00 copy on a refill I could easily get elsewhere.... I thought maybe you could throw one in? Or shall I just guess where .8 mil is on the old one?

You can thank me, ljk.

They also have prescription coupons at the front of the new HT on 401..I think it is $25 for a new prescription and another coupon for multiple refills. They are at the front with the store flyers..fyi, might be handy to keep for a rainy day!
