I have. Several times. They actually did the a/c for us when we added on to our house in 2003. Then we've used them for the original unit a couple of times.
We used them when installing a second unit upstairs in our home this past summer. Did a great job, very competitive pricing (we priced with 6 different companies), and completed the work on time as promised. We would use them again.

I did not realize I had the wrong company until I received a PM from Stephensons wanting to set up a day/time to rectify my situation, assuring my 100% satisfaction. I went to my filing cabinet to get my original paperwork to discuss the situation and I realized it was a different company. Harvey, I would recommend these folks based on their customer service alone. I have not used them for my unit, but I will in the future.

Gold Standard for Professionalism & Service I added an 800 sq ft 2-story addition to my house a few months ago. Subbed out every trade from footings to shingles. My framers recommended Stephenson Heat & Air, who I had never heard of until then, so I called to get a quote from them and 2 other HVAC companies. Terry Bizzell, a field supervisor for Stephenson, called me right away to set the appointment to come out and spec the job. Terry was right on time for his appointment. Since the work included tying in an older system to new duct work, plus adding a 2nd HVAC system, he made sure I was completely satisfied with their recommendation and answered all of my questions in an unhurried, professional manner. The detailed, written quote was very competitive, so I went with Stephenson. The guys showed up on time to do the install. Terry also was present to make sure everything was ready to go. Everyone was dressed professionally and did their respective jobs in a quiet, efficient manner. No BS'ing around. They got the rough-in work completed which passed Wake Co. inspection with no problems. The crew came back to finish the trim work exactly when they were scheduled. Final inspection passed with no issues at all. During all of this I always seemed to have a question or two after each visit. If I couldn't reach Terry right away, he always returned my call in a short time. The main office staff always answered their calls in a professional manner. During each visit the workers always made sure they cleaned up their trash and took it with them. I did address a minor personnel issue with one of the install guys and Terry called me back immediately to assure me the problem would be corrected, and it was. I referred Stephenson out to another church member who also got quotes from other HVAC companies. Stephenson got the job, and my friends couldn't have been more pleased. Again, Terry Bizzell was in command from the beginning. I believe that my friends referred out Stephenson & Terry to yet another church member who also went with Stephenson. I say all of this because Stephenson Heat and Air just seemed to set a whole new standard for professionalism and customer service that you rarely see. That was my experience with them.
