Beware of Sprint Accessories

    It's almost inconceivable that any product you buy from a reputable retailer not come with a warranty of some kind. I learned the hard way that Sprint branded phone accessories, whether purchased directly from Sprint or through an authorized dealer or service center, do not carry any kind of warranty. I'm out $30 for a Blackberry case that lasted just over 2 weeks before the belt clip broke off. I learned about the no warranty policy when I returned it to the place of purchase, the Sprint store in Clayton. I was told by the store manager to call Sprint and complain about it if I had a problem because there was no way that case could have broken under "normal use". I wasn't using it as a hammer - I promise! I love my new case from WalMart. It was only $15 and has a 1-year warranty...imagine that! Buyer beware.
