Corrupted word document

Anyone know how to repair a corrupted word document? I have tried everything Microsoft has suggested to no avail. The file is my Chemistry notes for the semester. I would hate to have to retype 51 pages of notes. I am even willing to email anyone the file if they can at least try to repair it for me. I already scanned it for malware and for viruses and it is clean. I think its just corrupted due to some issues on my one pc that I had to keep rebooting.
