I booked 2 nites in Winston for a convention thru Expedia. I used only 1 night. They charge you for 2. Getting a credit for the unused night is like pulling teeth. The customer service reps don't speak English(what a shock) and refuse to expend the effort to assist you. I have to try a different site from now on.
