I searched for this, and didn't find the answer I was looking for-- sorry if this is somewhere I missed. I heard/read somewhere, (can't remember where) that military families overseas can use expired coupons for up to 6 months after the expiration date. I have some expired coupons that I'd love to give them to someone.... does anyone know where I can send these or what to do with then besides throw them away?? Thanks in advance.
You can also take them to BJ's Wholesale and they will send them off for you. They need to be separated into 2 groups; food and non-food. They are having a coupon swap on the 8th (at the Garner location) from 10-12 and another on the 14th from 5-7 pm. You don't have to wait until the swaps to drop your coupons off. They accept them anytime.
I have already e-mailed the info to smallone but thought others night like to know it as well. Thanks for sending her my way Hugh. Also, another way to support our troops is to attend the Reveille fundraiser show on Sept. 19th at The Clayton Center. It's put on my Emilie at the 4042 post office and one of the performers is our own Jennifer K! Should be lots of fun.
