    Wonderful, thanks. The caramel delight cereal reminds me of cinnamon toast crunch and the bars are all scrumptious too!

    not sure if you care...or not to be a bummer...but most of the fiberone products may have fiber but they also have high fructose corn syrup.

    but dang are they good! The sugar content is much lower than other bars that taste like a candy bar! :)
