Hey~ Haven't been on the boards since Thursday. I'm still getting that critical error from Mozilla when trying to get into the discussion groups. I've cleaned out my history and cashe (and something else), but it won't let me in. I have to use IE <gag>. Still, with IE, I'm getting that when I try to log in. For some reason, I can hit the back button and see that I'm logged in. Webbie, with so many of us using Mozilla, do you know of another way to get past that critical error? BTW, what was upgraded? Was it just behind the scenes stuff? Thanks, Frogger
revert back to the last known working version of the software until a fix has been confirmed. this is ridiculous. i don't use IE and don't want to.
I don't want to either, Red, but it is my only option today. My DH hasn't been happy, stalking behind me reminding me not to go off-site in IE. He still doesn't like me being in IE, and I know he'll put the kibash on it all together at the house if I can't use Mozilla. I guess that's a testament to you, Webbie, that he feels 4042.com is at least secure enough for me to pop on to in IE occasionally. Frogger
I had problems in general w/ Firefox once I went to 1.5 My scroll bar disappeared and there's some weird button in the address bar that doesn't do anything. I downgraded to Firefox 1.07 but then Firefox won't run at all. I don't really care. I was just perterbed the Yahoo Upload Tool doesn't work w/ 1.5 That was the most helpful plugin. Saves you hours upoading photos to Yahoo. Because you can just walk away from the computer.
