Cleveland Community Members, The GCAA's monthly meeting will be this Monday, October 19th, at 7:00PM in the building behind the gymnasium. Among our topics of discussion will be planning for our 2010 seasons and Board of Director membership. We have several Board Members that will complete their terms at the end of this year. If you are interested in sharing your thoughts or volunteering your service, please feel free to attend or contact me directly. Additionally, some in the community may be excited to hear that contruction of our new bathroom and concession stand for the ball fields will begin in the next few weeks. With help from 4042.com we were able to find a local contractor to do the work! This building, along with improvements to West View Elementary soccer and baseball fields, significant improvements of one of our soccer fields at GCAA, a new heating and air conditioning unit in our gymnasium to allow for year round play and significant erosion control in the form of drainage and a paved walking path have capped off a very success year for us. All of this while growing our athletic programs. That being said, we have challenges ahead of us and need your support.
