Every few seconds the window pops up where I'm asked to type in my Username and Password,after doing so it only takes a few seconds before it pops up yet again :x I went into Tools,Account Settings and checked the Internet email settings,went to Advanced settings and checked on the Incoming email server which is POP3 and the outgoing one which is SMTP but nothing I've done made a difference?? Thanks!
Open outlook: 1. Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts menu option. (depending on your version of Outlook this option might be found under Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup tab -> E-mail Accounts button) 2. The "View or change existing e-mail accounts" item should be already selected. Click "Next". 3. Select the account you want to modify and click "Change". 4. In the next screen, click "Remember password" in the "Logon Information" section in the lower left corner. 5. Then click "Next" or "OK".
Thanks Dan!! I will give it a try. My other solution had been to just simply turn Outlook off and use gmail instead
