My pc froze, I had to shut off the power and restart, when it came back up it did it's usual scandisk, but part way through I got a msg saying, 'Scandisk detected an invalid long file name entry on this drive but was unable to fix it. To fix this problem, run scandisk for Windows.'

Ok, this might sound stupid, but how do I do that? I've never had to do that before so I'm clueless.

From the Desktop, Double-click My Computer,
and then right-click the hard disk drive you want to check.
Click Properties, and then click Tools.
    In Error-checking, click Check Now.
