Lowes E-For You Help

    Can someone explain this to me? When Lowe's sends you the email with specials they chose just for you, how do you take advantage of the specials? Like for example there is an item that I know is regularly $8 and change, but it's in the email for $5 and change. When you swipe your card does the register automatically know?

    I'm a little confused on this also. I've gone and "loaded" coupons on my card and I know they haven't worked when I was in the store.

    Same here Michelle. Everytime I load them on my card and then ask the cashier about using them, no one seems to know. They all just say it automatically comes off but like you, I have found it doesn't. I've pretty much stopped trying and just delete my emails from Lowes now.

    I don't know how it works, because I haven't downloaded and used any coupons yet. BUT... it shows you can print out a list of all your coupons that you've downloaded. If the prices didn't scan right, then I'd take the list and my card over to the customer service desk and see if you can get them on the Price Scan Guarantee, and if nothing else, atleast get the difference back.

    Ok I went there yesterday and it seems that the 'specials just for you' are unadvertised specials. One of the items that was emailed to me, had the sale price that was in my email, marked on the shelf. I didn't have to do anything special to get the sale price. :)
