Great news - Lowes Foods is finally changing their coupon policy effective in mid-July. I don't have a start date yet, but this is confirmed from corporate. They are doing away with the $35 minimum to double coupons and they will begin doubling coupons up to 99 cents (instead of the 60 cents they now double up to). There will be a limit of 20 coupons doubled per day. Basically, they are going to the same policy as Harris Teeter. I am thrilled!

I will be able to run in, get my deals and get out without spending a bunch of time trying to get $35 worth in my cart. And even if they do stick to the 20 doubled per day (and don't allow multiple orders per day) they will be so close when the new LF opens that I can go many times in a sales cycle if I want to stock up.

If only a Harris Teeter and Walgreens would open up across the street from the new LF openning on 42 and 50. I would never leave this area again! LOL!

If anyone has a start date for the new policy, please post. I heard July 11, but that is not confirmed.
