Does anyone know or heard anything about a new apartment community called Cleveland Garden Apartment? Someone had mentioned to me that it's going to be located on Technology Drive (pass Hampton Inn and Conec Company, the dead-end street now converted into a new road). Any ideas?
i know there is a huge one going in down there past/behind mcdonalds at 40/42 and past those businesses it will sit against hwy 40
Last time I looked on Loopnet that land was for sale, but there was a site plan for garden apartments. Hmm, I will see what I can find out.
