Help! I am experiencing pop-ups and each time they start with an outerinfo pop up. I have found an uninstall feature in my programs folder but am leery on running it. I have spybot seach/destoy and adaware - they seem to catch it but don't get rid of it. Any ideas? Thanks - Traverler
If you already have AdAware and Spybot, I would recommend making sure they are updated, then restart your computer in SAFE MODE and run both of them again. Following that, I would follow it up with the free online scan that you can get at Ewido http://www.ewido.net/en/ I have consistently found the Ewido scan to pick up and clear out problems that other products miss.
