Using Outlook 2003. I have 4 email addresses on Pop.

    Is there a way to:

    1. Assign separate "in/out" boxes in the 'Mail Folders' window for each pop address ?
    2. Choose from a list to decide which pop address to use when sending an email, other than choosing the default choice in account settings. I'd rather have a screen tab or list.

Are there any other email programs that have comparable features that you use?

Not trying to ignore you, but have bounced this off my better half and hope to get back to you on it.

You can setup multiple folders in your inbox and create rules to route the email from a specific account to a specific folder.

    As for the second part:
To specify the account from which to send a message in Outlook:

•Click Account in the message windows (right beneath the Send button).
•Select the desired account from the list.
Choose the Account Used to Send a Message in Outlook 2003
To send an email from an account other than the default in Outlook 2003:

•Click on Accounts in the standard toolbar while composing the message in Outlook.
•If you do not see the Accounts field, go to the View | Toolbars menu and make sure Standard is checked. Maybe you also have to click the down arrow at the right handle of the toolbar and select Add or Remove Buttons | Standard | Accounts.
•Choose the desired account from the drop-down menu.

At work I use Groupwise and it sucks. I wish that we used Outlook!
