PPS Extension/File

What is a PPS file? My dad gets some as email attachments and cannot open them, we need to understand why and what they are.

Power Point Sideshow

I would be pretty cautious about opening them unless I was expecting a PowerPoint file.

 

you will also need to download powerpoint viewer which is free from microsoft to view them as well.

Thanks. I thought it might be Powerpoint but was unsure. He gets them from his email friends and, P, God Bless them for sending that crap to him. :lol:
