I just wanted to thank Riccobene's in Clayton for working me in today with a minor tooth emergency. They were very busy but managed to fit me in and were very kind. Thanks again and you guys have impressed me!
I want ot thank Riccobene and Assoc. as well. They tend to get a bad rap as being a big warehouse dentist with little personal care--but my experience this week was so different. My son had an appt. this week and we usually see the same hygentist. Someone in scheduling saw that we were coming for the app we booked 6 months ago--and realized that our preferred hygentist was off that day. They called to see if we wanted to reschedule. We did--then the next day the hygentist called and told us that she would be there for the appt. but the dentist we prefer would not be there that day. She rescheduled it again so my son would be with all the people he (and I) are comforatble. They may be a big practice, but I am very impressed with this individual attention. Thanks Riccobene
