Webmaster?

    Just curious, are you blocking access to 4042 in other countries? Tried a few different locations in Mexico City and it was the only one blocked at all.

    Yes....we block quite a few foreign locations. This occurs when we identify "bad traffic" generated from a foreign IP... that would be such things as SCAM postings in the Classifieds, sign-up attempts in the forums, or general hacking attempts.

    If you are ever on the road and have a problem accessing 4042.com, you can e-mail me at: webmaster@4042.com. Send me the IP number that you are operating from (you can visit http://www.ipchicken.com to get that) and we can "unblock" the access in the server firewall.

    Can a Youtube vid be inserted in a post on 4042?

    I tried the 2 common command lines and they don't work here?

    Unfortunately, the code to embed a video in the forums won't work here. You can, however, add a link directly to the YouTube video and that will work properly. 8)
