OK< let me try this again, CAN ANYONE OUT THERE BUILD ME A WEBSITE? I will pay. What I have is 130 questions type things, with a scale to rate each question (they are tasks) to their importance. I need this done ASAP and really dont want to do what they offer online, I dont want to host a site, I just need one to have for at least 2 months, and then that is it. Can anyone help?

OK, just to let everyone know, i was able to get help with the website for my thesis survey. I used countrysoftware.com and they are REALLY GREAT and do great work. Thanks for all your help. If you need a website built in the future for any reason, contact this guy, he can do it in NO TIME!
Best way is to make your own. Go to the bookstore and grab yourself an HTML book. A really great and "free" web hosting site for the person eager to learn is www.freewebs.com. Before you know it, you will be building sites with ease.
