    I apologize for the questions but I'm new to sending out expired coupons and so forth. My question here is: are there any other addresses we can send the expired coupons to? Is there a website I can go to in order to find out more? Thanks.

    I suggest you check out this website listing a number of bases that have accepted coupons in the past. I recommend you contact the base first to confirm they are still accepting coupons.

    Supposedly they can still use them in the base grocery stores for 6 months after they expire.

    I did a search online and came across another site that does the Overseas Coupons also if anyone is interested in checking it out.
