    What's your favorite program for keeping out the bad stuff?

    I use the free stuff from RR. It's the first AV I've used in 20 years of owning these stinkin' beige boxes. Never got a virus! :D

    I use AVG here at work when ever a Norton product runs out. Great free program.

    AVG catches the trojans that Norton misses. Especially the hijack trojans. Just this past week I ran it on three systems that have norton installed and updated and recently scanned but for whatever reason Norton missed them.

    I think AVG is the best product. The free version is good but if you want some of the more added features $33 for a 2 year subscription is still cheaper.
