    As far as I know yes. We have the plans pretty much approved by the county however I don’t believe Starbucks has officially gone under contract on the site yet. I’d say it’s about 75% yes at this point. Their major focus is just getting Publix’ doors open right now!

    Per reports from my mother's boss
    M.B. MOORE & ASSOCIATES, LLC (AKA Morgan Moore, her daughter, the one who owns the dentist office currently at SE Railroad) has purchased land kitty corner from Wags. New office coming in few years.
