    Civil Eng responded:
As far as I know yes. We have the plans pretty much approved by the county however I don’t believe Starbucks has officially gone under contract on the site yet. I’d say it’s about 75% yes at this point. Their major focus is just getting Publix’ doors open right now!

There's new construction at 120 Technology Drive, previously vacant land. It's across from the Hampton Inn, and can be seen from the I-40 East exit to Exit 312. The inspector's box has a note indicating the construction will be........ "Technology Drive Storage".

I saw this on my bid site today. Current Soybean filed next to Publix. I don't know if proposed apartments behind Publix were approved or rejected. This is next to Publix not behind in current soybean field

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Garner, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development. Plans call for a multifamily development

Are you sure it's not the land behind Publix? Catfish doesn't own the soybean field I think you're talking about.

that address is the soybean field, maybe it was entered wrong on bid site

This is what catfish owns. The field south of it is just two random people that own it.

I can't find that either the land behind Publix or the soybean field have proper addresses in GIS. So I would bet the construction bid was for the land behind Publix, and they were just estimating the address, or gave the block number.

I finally got down there last weekend. (Eastfield, Selma) It's not as nice as in the development plan picture. All bid stores run along a long row in back, with food places being built up front. Target under construction. Food places are Panda express, olive garden and what might be Panera (no sign). lot of space to go though.

The Chase bank has put up construction fence in front of the new Publix (42/36/veterans & 50)

Johnston GIS shows 4 outparcels now. I saw another realty advertisement somewhere that showed it with 4 outparcels, as well.

Also, I can't find a source, but I heard from someone that Pet Supermarket has pulled out.

And why do the main buildings show 8 address points, but the realty advertisements show 7 spaces? Does WakeMed take up two address points? I know the addresses are posted on the building, but I haven't compared against GIS yet.

yes, i knew there were 4 spaces up front. walking past wake med, I'd guess its 2 spaces. I just posted that as all the old posts that included that the picture was gone, as it was from Atlantic Realty site, and i guess they aren't involved now. strange that when you search Middle Creek Crossings no realter shows up. And i still don't know if Starbucks or some other coffee place is happening or not.

Starbucks is closing stores and laying off people. Wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for that one. So Chase is going up the opposite end of where the original map indicated and makes me wonder if MacDonalds will still be there, somewhere? Per the great rumor mill.

Anybody know what they are planning next to the new Wawa by 42/old drug store. Looks too small to be a 6 Flags :(

Gotcha, sorry. Yeah, after I posted I realized you probably already knew there were 4 parcels.

Back in this post, I found in the Starbucks plans they listed two different things for the adjacent parcel: Heartland Clinic and McDonalds. Heartland Clinic doesn't operate anywhere near here, so it may have been something like a copy/paste error from another set of plans. Was the McDonalds mention in those plans also a mistake? I don't know, but that's the only source for the McDonalds claim that I can find.

If you're facing the Wawa from Veterans Parkway, next door to the left will be a Whataburger (see this post). If you're talking about the parcel to the right (across Masonboro Dr, toward the oil change place), I haven't seen any indication that site has been leased or anything is currently planned. I would expect the 6 Flags to be at the new Cleveland Rd exit!
