Cleveland Rd across from Allen Rd

Hi. I tried searching the forum and couldn't find anything. Does anybody know what is going on with the property they are clearing on Cleveland road across from the end of Allen Road?

I think maybe he means behind the unused Farm stand. Just to the left of the run down farm house. Looks like just another logging site.

they are breaking ground for a new adventure theme park called Six Flags Over Cleveland School. Its supposed to be open soon but it has been in development since anyone can remember. They have been rumored to have attempted to build it at over 100 diffrent locations but for one reason or another they keep getting out bid by Sheetz.

 

Yes that is the property I am talking about.

 

I haven't seen anything in the JoCo Planning Board minutes for that location, at least not in the past few months.

Might just be selling some timber.

 

Not kidding, my wife asked about the Six Flags over Clayton this last weekend.

 

If only lol, but even the smallest Six Flags out there needs over 100 acres of land with parking, closer to 150-200.

 

I used to throw out the Six Flags over Clayton thing on this website in previous years and got feedback that my wife's old boss was none to pleased with the rumor, he was/is tied to city management.

 

LOL, I think the one on Cleveland Rd. is just going to be a Two Flags.

This whole time I thought that this property was owned by D R Wells.
