    Civil Eng responded:
As far as I know yes. We have the plans pretty much approved by the county however I don’t believe Starbucks has officially gone under contract on the site yet. I’d say it’s about 75% yes at this point. Their major focus is just getting Publix’ doors open right now!

There's new construction at 120 Technology Drive, previously vacant land. It's across from the Hampton Inn, and can be seen from the I-40 East exit to Exit 312. The inspector's box has a note indicating the construction will be........ "Technology Drive Storage".

I saw this on my bid site today. Current Soybean filed next to Publix. I don't know if proposed apartments behind Publix were approved or rejected. This is next to Publix not behind in current soybean field

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Garner, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development. Plans call for a multifamily development

Are you sure it's not the land behind Publix? Catfish doesn't own the soybean field I think you're talking about.

This is what catfish owns. The field south of it is just two random people that own it.

I can't find that either the land behind Publix or the soybean field have proper addresses in GIS. So I would bet the construction bid was for the land behind Publix, and they were just estimating the address, or gave the block number.
