no doubt, that is the worst....I usually enter down there by Bojangles and cruise through the strip mall parking lot.....
they are common in dark cool spots, outside....I am sure he (the bug) just hitched a ride in from when your dog was out....:)

its called a rolly pollee bug ....we used to play with them all the time, they roll up in a ball....they are harmless....
