I had the same problem in my old neighborhood...all the other kids coming over when the kids were gone to their Dad's or playing in our yard when...
As a general rule, for the Elementary schools, you sign up for Before (or After) School care the night of orientation. They will have a table set...
I didn't either. I refuse.
