Ok here is what we found out today. It wasn't our neighbor's dog or vehicle. The neighbors are moving or just getting rid of a bunch of stuff....
Yes inside the vehicle! :cry: And the truck that she found it in was only there for about 2 hours. So it really doesn't take long for a tradegy.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IN THE CAR! We were outside doing yard work and the kids are playing with the water hose when DH hears the neighbor...
