Are you thinking of the Umstead Hotel? It's on the SAS campus, and the restaurant is Heron's. Don't know if they have wifi but it's really upscale.
What happened? I ask because MIL has a feral cat colony she does her best to care for, but may be forced to trap and/or surrender some.

My Grizzy has itchy skin for unknown reasons too. I put a couple of teaspoons of flax seed oil on her food, and she loves it. Helps a lot....
