Have you tried going to Food Lion on a Sunday from say 4:00-7:00 PM with a sign out front asking for witnesses? Get a friend to help out and pass out fliers? Ask Food Lion management for permission. Chances of a witness showing up on 4042 Discussion Forum after a month is probably slim to none.

Well I put up fliers in the parking lot, and I did get a call from a woman named ********* and I spoke with her briefly, however I have been unable to get into contact with her since. She witnessed the exchange. If any of you know her please tell her to contact me or my lawyer Joy Jones at 300-1935. I just want the truth to be heard. I am not trying to sue for sole custody of my kids I just want fair visitation.
