good thing you are not a cop anymore. Tax dollars would have been wasted on you by internal affairs and legal.

 Dude I have offered these moms an out. But I never got an answer from one. Just you answered. No need to keep stomping my manhood. It eventually goes numb.

My intention was not to ruffle feathers, which happened, but to find out what would possess them not covering up is all. Sorry if that did not come across.

I don't understand what you are asking? You say "don't do it in public, I don't want to see it!". Then you say "I don't care. Just cover up".

    Which is it???

Of course I'm not sitting there with my tiddy out for the world to see. I usually wear a t-shirt, and I just pull it up for baby to feed. It rests right along the top and nobody can see, you never know until you get right up on me what I am doing. And that is when you politely excuse yourself. At least the normal people that I have come across have excused themselves.

Yeah, Ree - I forgot the pool!! This year I'll sit right on the ledge of the babypool and nurse her. Gosh, I hope the other moms and dads of toddlers aren't offended! It just might convince me to pack up the other kids and go sit in my 200 degrees car and feed her.

I am sorry but there is no point to make to anyone. It is about feeding your child. If they are hungry I am going to feed them. I am not going to hold up a sign and scream "Hey look everyone!!!! I am feeding my baby!!!" Then whip out a bottle or a boob. I just feed the child. It takes maybe 10-20 min. Are you telling me you just CAN'T G...E...T... A...W...A..Y....I....SEE....A.....NIP.....oh you get the point. lol.

maybe next time you sit there eating your steak you can put a blanket over your head also, people might not want to see that either. lolol wouldn't that be fair?

I am not talking about those type of situations. I have actually seen a woman lift her whole shirt off of one shoulder and have the whole area open for view. How could I have asked this better? You tell me. That is what sticks out in my mind. I can tell when a mother is being modest and is covering. It's the ones who don't try to hide it. I am not an effective communicator. As you can tell.

Don't tell me it was about feeding the child. By saying that you simply can't read.

Nor are you a master debater. (gotta love Austin Powers!!)
I've never seen anybody do that before. Regardless, the law gives her the right to do so. Were you at a nudist colony? A Vegas show? A bluegrass festival?

No. I was at Wal-Marts. My wife turned four shades of red. My 15 yo turned red. My two other boys could care less. But sure nuff she raised one side of her shirt. Completely off of her arm and was wearing no bra.

I heard Angelina Jolie nursed Shiloh.

If it were Angelina, would it had made a difference? Of course, I don't know if she frequents "Walmarts".

look, that is the truth. Some women decide to breastfeed, it truly is the BEST nutrition for the child, FACT.

If I see a mom nursing I notice and move on, so what. Why does there HAVE to be an agenda to breastfeeding? Because it makes you THAT uncomfortable? I am sorry but my child will ALWAYS come first.
You think it is fun to have a child cry and your breasts leak all over because of the "let-down" response, or have nipple pain, biting, squirming, etc etc...no but if I only have one chance in my life to make sure my child get the ABSOLUTE best nutrition for their immune system and for their growth, then by gosh I will do it.

PS: I am very glad that stage of my life is over and I don't regret one bit of it.

Show me in here where breastfeeding is the actual issue I was talking about.

You really didn't clearly express yourself until a page or so ago. If you had come right out and said the lady at the Walmarts had half her shirt off, we might have commented that that was insensitive of her and also damaging to our cause - but that the law supports it and we could have all moved on.

Maybe you just like talking bewbies.

THE BABY IS HUUUUUUNGRY! If I am in a store with a screaming baby, who is hungry....if it is a bottle you take it out of the bag and feed the baby. If you have a cart full of groceries, hand of full clothes, what have you, and you have to care for your baby, guess what, out it comes! Some women can't think about her surroundings at certain situations. Some women come from different cultures and backgrounds, some women want to make a point, some just don't care, some don't think about it...THE BABY IS HUNGRY. And that is what is running through the mother's head. You are getting the answer from VARIOUS mother's but you don't like the answer. It isn't that they/we aren't answering your question, you just don't think that answer is valid. Sorry.
