A microchip, collar, and engraved ID tag is $10. This purchase is a donation to the SPCA of Wake County and is non-refundable. All dogs must be wearing a collar/harness and leash; all cats must be in a carrier. If a pet becomes unmanageable, fractious, or too aggressive, the microchip implantation process will need to be stopped for the safety of the veterinary team. Should I register in advance? Yes! While walk-ups are welcome, supplies are limited, and pre-registration is encouraged. We recommend purchasing online early to be sure your pet doesn’t miss out.
