I got a box of sunshine in the mail yesterday. Fresh citrus from AZ.

 

Speaking of citrus...I love Clementines. They are so sweet, easy to peel, and seedless!

 

I like the Blood Oranges when they are in season... should be seeing them in the produce section soon. I'll never forget when my mom, my sister and I were in Italy, just outside of Pompeii there was a street vendor selling blood oranges, and blood orange juice... that was the best orange juice I ever had!

 

Phew...so I officially have my business up and running...now I got to get BUSY!!! (times 2 8))
