ME: Hello.

CALLER: I have a 1 question survey from the NRA...

ME: From who?

CALLER: a little louder: THE NRA, it's just ...

ME: NRA? You mean the National Republican Party?

CALLER: No, sir, the National RIFLE Association. It will only ....

ME: I don't even have a rifle!

CALLER: Sir, you don't need to own a rifle, but ....

ME: I've got a pistol, will that qualify me?

CALLER: Sir, you don't need to own any weapons. Our executive VP, Wayne LaPierre, would like to ....

ME: Wayne who!!???

CALLER: Wayne LaPierre!, Our....

ME: Is he an American? That name sounds foreign!!

CALLER: Yes sir, he is an American. If I could only ....

ME: He's an American citizen? Are you sure?

Dude, you are missing out!! If I'm not home, then they are automatically DVR'd. I know some of the humor, especially on Two and a Half Men can be a little low brow, but dang, the way those shows are written will keep you in stitches.

That and Two & A Half Men are the funniest shows! Big Bang Theory was a riot tonite!

They are the only sitcoms I watch. I get the feeling that Two and A Half men is getting towards the end of its life cycle but it's still good.

Thank you for being the station that provides me with soft rock while I work. However, it's not even Thanksgiving yet, please stop playing Christmas music.

While I love Christmas music, it's just too danged soon. Let's get thru Grandma's stuffing and Dad's deep fried turkey first.

I hear ya. I don't like the assumption that *every* holiday be spent at one's house. That might be OK if the host didn't cook the bird (or any dish) four hours ahead of time, cut it up, and stick it in the fridge or leave it on the counter. :ack: Plus, it's painfully boring. I'm bringing my own bird, crafts/activities for the kids, and leaving as soon as my plate is clean. Then for the rest of the day - :cheers:
