Yeah, my son is in love with the Bugatti. I showed him the one on YouTube where the guy crashed his into the canal in Florida. He about wet his pants! They are cool, though how you can flip the switch for top speed of 253 mph and it lowers the car all the way down to about 3 inches off the pavement and deploys the huge wing. Gotta love it. I read that the car requires a 3 month/3,000 mile maintenance bill of something like $20,000+ and that the tires also cost about that much. He wants to see one sooooo bad but I told him we'd probably have to go to Miami to see one, because he's not so likely to see one on the interstate anytime soon. It would be cool, though if the Auto Expo could score a display model. They'd probably see a increase in attendance just for the Veyron. Actually, he got an opportunity to sit in the Maserati GranTurismo that was locked at the show this past time. Few people were over there and the guy heard him call the car by name and saw how he was admiring it. He got the key fob, popped the driver's door and let him sit in it! Talk about one happy little boy and even gave him a free Maserati tee!
I want one of these for my birthday: http://www.carpictures.com/vehicle/09B4G144927986.html They no-saled it at that price, and it's not even THAT nice an example. No mention of A/C or working air suspension. And so-so colors.
If they do have any Veyrons, they are very coy about it. No mention of the dealership having Bugattis. Of course, I'm sure they wouldn't want a bunch of lookeeloos hanging around a $1.5+ million car. If I knew for sure they had one, I'd make the drive for him over to High Point or even Charlotte.
So, I got on the wrong mailing list somewhere and got a box today with a can of powdered Enfamil formula and a $5 coupon. Anyone want them?

When we were at the Monte Carlo casino while vacationing in France this past Sept. there was one backed into a parking space right infront of the main entrance.
sounds to me like you have a million dollar mind and a ten cent pocket book. You gonna park the Ferrari beside of your airplane?
Well I am 40 and will be 41 this year.....so......I'm already past the part of Living fast, dying young, and leaving a good looking corpse. So I might as well enjoy what I do have left right?
