I wonder if the State Fair will ever have these. The Charlotte Motor Speedway offers macaroni and cheeseburgers with pork rinds. I actually think they look good!!! (Although they are 763 calories per burger, 34 grams of fat!!!) Maybe I could cut some fat by taking off the pork rinds.

Short of the pork rinds they do look good and while I do like pork rinds I've yet to find anything I'd want to put them on top of.

I'd call that a stupid burger.

actually pork rinds dont have fat in them. but they have enough sodium in them to stop your heart. I do love them once in awhile with an ice cold beer.

These burgers look really good! I want to try a burger with pimento cheese on it (not any store bought pc, but some yummy homemade). I saw the guy on DIners, Dives and Drive-ins eat one somewhere, and man, that thing looked awesome!

Pork rinds..or skins.. do contain some fat but they have zero carbs. Atleast that's what the bag I have left over from trynna do Atkin's says. 5g per serving. They have no trans fat.

I've tried pimento cheese on a burger at a restaurant in Cameron Village. I can't think of the name of the place, but they offer three different kinds of "sliders" and they are yummy!!! (If I think of the name or find it, I'll post it)

What are y'all going to do when Webmaster installs some of those ubiquitous "f" icons that you can click and put everything here on your Facebook wall? :)
