Today is my Mommy's birthday!! I am so thankful to still have my Mom (77) and Dad (79)!!!!

 

Yeah, and that gives you full access to the gym, plus all the classes. or you can pay $200 up front for the whole year.

You should go check it out. I am terribly uncoordinated, but I'm moving, and that's what counts! LOL

 

I may check it out! I've been so used to working out at home, but it's kind of boring. I'd like to take some classes actually.

 

I am....but I just go to use the treadmill. I'd fall out doing one of those classes!! :lol:

 

Oh Lord...what kind of classes do they have?! lol I might need a challenge or embarrass myself by passing out. :lol:

 

Ali... They have all kinds of classes, cardio, abs, you name it, it's there.

I like the cardio dance. I am just not coordinated enough to do Zumba, but the cardio dance I can follow along with.

Bren... I usually don't do treadmills, but I did a little last night because the cardio class they were having was too advanced for me, lol...

playing in charity golf tournament this weekend for a young girl who lost her father in Afganistan. Say a prayer for this little angel. Stil birght eyed and laughing. Wish I could. Her dad was a good man and served his country well. Semper Fi LT.

 

Lately I've had some pretty good fortune cookies!

This is true. I think, sadly, too many people give up on dreams.
