    I hate 'back' fat!!! I've tried everything - lat pulls, overhead press - and still have that little bra roll! I guess its just sagging skin and there's not much I can do about it. :banghead:

    Oh Back Fat? Its not so much your exercise routine, it's that you need to tighten up on the diet. More water, less other crap. See, I'm just so helpful! :mrgreen:

    man I got an OUTSTANDING pedicure yesterday at Diva Nail Salon....open toes are definitely the choice for today....People need to see these beautiful toes!! :jester:

    Well - that's what I thought too. So I actually went and got a bra fittting and they said wearing a bra thats too big causes it to ride up and causes the roll. I got a new bra and it fits well - helps the roll a little bit. I'd like to find a bra that has a wider band at the back, I think that would help. Kinda what they used to call the 'long-line' bra, but you don't see those much anymore.
