Is it raining in Clayton..PLEASE i want rain...I hate watering the dirt to make the grass grow...every freaking day for hours!

 

It's sprinkling...but it's getting awfully dark!

 

Well...let me know if it rains..cause I don't want to have to go home and water..I need a day off from that

Well that storm came up mighty fast and was a surprise. No warning til after it was in full swing, gee thanks. lol (I mean to the weather people on tv)

 

well ya'll gave me just enough warning to go roll up my windows!

I don't want to cook tonight..



Of course I didn't want to cook last night either and we ate Gandolfo's...

 

:lol: I remember being just like that at the beginning (and end) of my pregnancies. We ate take out A LOT while I was pregnant.

So, what's my excuse for not wanting to cook now. :?

 

All that time spent raising kids! Too tired to cook! :lol: :lol:

 

Cooking takes away from my 4042 time. Is that a good enough excuse? :lol:

We're having taco salad. Easy peesy japaneesey!

 

We're having take-out Chinese because hubby noticed that we had a coupon in the the spring edition of the Cleveland Clipper that is going to expire tomorrow. Yeah for me!

 

I panicked. I didn't have a plan...


Threw together some chicken, cream of chicken soup tossed in some fresh cooked carrots and peas... a little chicken bullion, ever how ya spell it... a little of this and a little of that, a couple cups of cooked rice and VOILA! Don't know what to call it, other than emergency chicken and rice, but it's tasty!

 

Sounds good! I love stuff like that. It's so hot we just had sandwiches. I don't usually wimp out that bad, but no one was really hungry anyway.

 

sandwiches here also. we played in the pool all day and the kiddies were wiped. Didn't want anymore heat. That and some Limeade, yum.

 

Ditto... we had tacos too! Our first "homecooked" meal in our in-between house :lol: What a mile stone it was for me last night!

 

Okay, I just had a bacon ranch chicken salad from McDonalds and it was so good that I want another one.

Now could someone run and go get me one and drop it by the office (with a large sweet tea)?
