Man, why can't everybody just have Friday afternoons off? It's such a DRAG to be here when the phone hasn't rang in an hour because NOBODY is working besides my sorry self. Okay, whine over. Carry on.
I just have to say that you crack me up. Every time I read one of your posts I laugh so very hard. This one especially today cause that word just cracks me up for some reason. So thanks. :hurray:

It's japanese hot sauce...it's with the asian/oriental stuff. You can buy iy right at Walmart. Tall bottle, plastic (clear) with a green squirt thingie. It's cheap too! It's good on almost everything! I always double the ginger and garlic in the recipe. On my 30 bday, DH had a personal chef come to the house and cook a 7 course meal for me. She used lots of shrimp because their one of my faves. She gave me this recipe. She used to work with Emeril at his restaurant in New Orleans...I know why after eating her food! Anyway, this is a awesome, ez recipe! You can also sub chicken.
