Congrats Frogger and HG! Hang in there! It is SOOOO worth it in the ong run. It has been around 3 1/2 years since I quit. I remember laying down in bed for the first tme and not doing the clear my throat thing. It was so cool!

 

I was thinking of quiting again this week while at the beach...
but I can't do it and still be confined in such close proximity with my kids. :shock:

Hey, i used to tell people cigs are the only thing that kept my 3 boys alive during their teenage years - instead of killing them i went outside, smoked a cig and calmed down :lol:
